One life changed.
A community transformed.

The Domino Effect CIC is a community interest organisation based in Aylesbury dedicated to supporting young people through mentoring, emotional support, and life skills development. We exist to walk alongside young people facing life challenges offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support that helps them grow in confidence, resilience, and purpose.

A steady presence, not a quick fix.

Our work is shaped by Christian values of compassion, dignity, integrity, and service. We believe every life has value, every person can change, and every act of support can create wider transformation.

Vision

A community where transformed lives create waves of hope, stability, and opportunity for others.

Purpose

To mentor, support, and equip young people to overcome personal challenges and become positive influences within their communities.

Our Mission

To support young people through mentoring, emotional guidance, and life skills development, fostering resilience and hope while demonstrating Christ-like compassion in practical ways.

About Us

Who we are.
Why we exist.

The Domino Effect CIC is a community-focused organisation committed to supporting young people who are navigating emotional, social, or life challenges.
We believe transformation is possible through consistent support, guidance, and encouragement. Our work combines practical mentoring with values rooted in love, responsibility, and personal growth.

Our Christian Ethos

Our approach is inspired by Christian principles:
  • Love in action
  • Respect for every person
  • Service to others
  • Restoration and hope
  • Integrity in all we do
Faith is expressed through compassion, character, and care. Participation in faith-related discussions is always voluntary and respectful of all backgrounds.

The Domino Concept

We believe positive change spreads.
When a young person gains confidence, makes healthier choices, and finds direction, the impact reaches beyond the individual influencing peers, families, and communities.
One life changed. A community transformed.

Experience loneliness or emotional distress

Founder’s Message

A message from our founder

The Domino Effect CIC was born from the simple belief that if people are mentored with love, honesty and faith in the future, lives change and this change spreads.
This sits alongside who we are, our values, and the practical work delivered through our programmes.
Built on the principles that every young person counts, has purpose, potential and worth, we seek to enable, inspire and empower young people to face the future with confidence and hope.

We will therefore mentor young people irrespective of their past with compassion, dignity, patience and faith through our actions.
Andrew Amofa Adjei
Director, The Domino Effect CIC
01

Love

Mentoring starts with care that is genuine, steady, and expressed through action.
02

Honesty

Young people deserve truthful guidance, clear direction, and relationships built on trust.
03

Hope

The future is approached with faith, not denial, believing change is possible regardless of the past.

What this message points to

Every young person counts
Purpose and worth
Compassion and dignity
Patience in action
Confidence and hope
